Lothian is a region of Scotland. It has an
area of 1,800sq km (695sq miles). Its towns
include Edinburgh (administrative
headquarters), and Livingston. Features
include fertile lowlands bordering on the
Firth of Forth in North and rising gently in
the South, hills: Lammermuir, Moorfoot,
Pentland.
